Section Collection Information

Dear Colleagues,

The section aims to investigate the complex processes that govern the development, specialization, and programmed cell death in living organisms. This multidisciplinary study delves into the molecular mechanisms and regulatory pathways involved in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, shedding light on their profound implications in development, tissue homeostasis, and disease. The section seeks to uncover the interplay between genetic and environmental factors that shape cellular behaviors, investigating the fundamental processes of cell cycle control, cell signaling, and gene expression. Additionally, it explores the intricate machinery governing apoptosis, a tightly regulated process crucial for eliminating damaged, unwanted, or potentially harmful cells.

The research conducted within this section will contribute to a deeper understanding of cell biology, uncovering novel therapeutic targets and strategies for combating diseases related to aberrant cell growth, differentiation, or apoptosis dysregulation. The section invites researchers to submit their original research articles and reviews, that explore the molecular mechanisms and regulatory pathways involved in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, shedding light on their implications in development, tissue homeostasis, and disease.
