Dear Colleagues,

It is known that Nanoelectronics (nanotechnology in electronics) and Nanomagnetics is an advanced and active research field with extensive application. This field also reveal fundamental physics, develop next-generation high-density efficient information devices, create and manipulate nanometer-size materials in device, develop compatible materials at room-temperature with applictions in imaging, dignostics, medical and engineering. Nanoelectronics including nanomagnetics field is repaidly growing for devices with a well defied pathways down to 15 nm. The advancement increased the demand for near-atomic-level control for deposition, patterning, characterization and devlopment of new materials. Now a days nanoelectronics is driving the industry both economically and technologically to control material at the nanoscale and develop miniaturization of devices. The accurate understanding and measurement of electronic and magnetic properties of nano-scale devices and materials is the key for research, development, and application of advanced nanoelectronic and nanomagnetics devices. Nanoelectric advances have imapct on electronics and magnetics which will create new innovation and revolutinize the industry. Therefore, there is a need to expand the area of nanoelectronic research application from materials to devices in the circuit, architecture, and end application.

Further, recently nanoelectronics and nanomagnetics with control of spin properties have significant progress in spintronics to increase the functionality with the existing products and devlopemnt of new product. The aim of the nanoelectronic and nanomagnetic research is to create accessible tools at low cost to fabricate, characterize, and model active structures at the atomic scale.

Thus, this section is looking for specific research articles and reviews related to above aspect of nanoelectronics and nanomagnetics.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
