Section Collection Information

Dear colleagues,

This section will be of interest for people working in microbiology, immunology, epidemiology and clinics. It will provide a platform for scientists and clinicians working in different and diverse areas of immunology and therapeutics. The section provides opportunities for submissions in numerous aspects of  interaction between microorganisms and the host .

The section focuses on the most important advances in immunology research. The studies that provide new immunological insights at the molecular levels  of infections caused by pathogens including bacteria, fungi and parasites, mechanisms  involved in  pathogenicity of microorganisms, defense  mechanism to protect the host from infection, the impact of microbial virulence factors on host cells, mechanism of non- specific immunity and specific immunity. experimental models of infectious disease, development of vaccines, and  inflammation. Section also includes studies on infectious disease,  autoimmunity, allergy, mucosal immunity, and homeostasis. The range expands to transplantation, and tumor immunology. We appreciate submissions in relevant  areas of research but have broad implications for immunological responses in all aspects of human and experimental animal biology. The manuscripts describing novel findings in all areas of experimental immunology will be appreciated.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
