Section Collection Information
The Ethics and Values section seeks contributions that take an empirical, conceptual or theoretical perspective to address issues, concerns, and topics relating to value and ethics in philosophical studies. This section has a broad scope of orientation, methodology and subject matter. Authors are encouraged to submit original work utilizing methods in arts, sciences, and humanities. Submissions are welcome to address new and emerging areas of ethics and values research that challenge existing norms and boundaries. Contributions should aim to yield creative and insightful discussions the inspire new thoughts on ethics and values in different cultures or across different social contexts. This section welcomes original articles, reviews, and short communications or reflections. We are also interested in articles that reflect on lived experiences of unethical behaviours, broadly defined, with a clear argument on the contribution to the investigated field of study. We particularly welcome interdisciplinary submissions, comparative studies, and articles that address the complex intersection between norms, values, and ethics in different aspects of social life.
