Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to contribute to the section Supply Chain Management and Modeling .

Supply Chain Management (SCM) plays a critical role in today's global business landscape, serving as the backbone for efficient and effective operations. SCM involves the strategic coordination and integration of all activities, processes, and stakeholders involved in the movement of goods and services from suppliers to customers. It encompasses various interconnected elements, such as procurement, production, selling, transportation, inventory management, and customer service. It aims to minimize costs, reduce lead times, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize overall operational performance.

Supply chain modeling is a powerful approach employed by companies to gain insights and make informed decisions regarding their supply chain operations. It involves the use of mathematical models, algorithms, and simulations to represent the complexities and interdependencies within a supply chain system. By analyzing different scenarios and variables, organizations can identify bottlenecks, assess risks, optimize inventory levels, determine optimal transportation routes, improve production planning, and streamline distribution strategies. It serves as a valuable tool for supply chain managers to proactively address challenges, adapt to changing market conditions, and enhance their competitive advantage in the dynamic business environment.

Thus, we are interested in the framework of supply chain management and modeling, including selling formats, pricing strategies, service investments and process optimization that are interesting in reality.Research articles and reviews in this area of study are welcome. We look forward to receiving your contributions.
